David Pollack

President

As president of Premium Steel Sales, David’s vision is to establish a reputation of honesty and integrity as the primary driver for daily business operations. His door and phone line are always open to every customer, big and small. David is also the brains and brawn behind the steel purchasing. He is always looking for a good deal in order to ensure that the savings can be passed along to the customer. Our best-kept secret is David’s uncanny ability to identify hidden value in his search for material. In his spare time, David enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Steve Zupon

Vice President of Operations

Steve joined the team in 2017, and quickly became a part of the Premium Steel family. Today, as the company VP, Steve, runs the daily behind-the-scenes operations that keep business running smoothly, oversees quality, and focuses on strategic growth. His primary responsibilities include assuring business efficiency, management of operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that Premium Steel meets or exceeds customers’ quality expectations. Steve and his wife Ali are avid animal lovers with three dogs of their own. They are also actively involved with various non-profit rescue organizations, helping to foster, and re-home animals in need.

Ben Levi

Sales Manager

Ben joined Premium Steel Sales in 2011 and is always looking for ways to grow the company and take it to new levels. He is very enthusiastic in his work and truly enjoys developing and fostering lasting relationships with customers. Outside of the office Ben enjoys spending time with his family, artisan baking, and is also active with local youth groups.

Erika Lenz

Accounting / Credit Manager

Erika has been part of the Premium Steel Sales team since 2004. She manages the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and heads up our credit department. Because of her long history with Premium Steel, Erika possesses an insider’s understanding of what is needed to make our company thrive. Erika enjoys spending time with her family. She is also an animal enthusiast, and takes great interest in the many furry and feathered friends under her care.

Christian Daddario

Account Manager

Christian is the newest member of the sales team starting in 2021. Christian is eager to build new relationships and grow within the industry at Premium Steel Sales. Being the “new guy”, he is open to learning about your business and becoming a valuable resource in helping source your material needs. In his spare time, Christian loves spending time with his large family of 3 sisters, 2 brothers and being an uncle to their 8 children. He also is a Cleveland sports fan and loves to travel.

Dave Embry

Purchasing

Since he joined Premium Steel in January 2016, Dave has been responsible to keep detailed and accurate records of our supply chain procurement and inventory. Always level-headed and optimistic, Dave is thorough and meticulous in his work. He handles any challenges he encounters in a calm, professional manner. Dave enjoys following sports, and is an avid football fan. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Steve Mullaly

Traffic / Warehouse Manager

Steve has been with Premium Steel Sales since 2005. He is the backbone of the shop operations as well as managing our material shipments. He is always looking for ways to increase efficiency, productivity, and minimize unnecessary costs to ensure more bang for your buck. As a customer, if you need to know where your steel is and when it will arrive, he is the one to ask. Steve enjoys hiking, traveling, and of course, a good beer.

Bill Flick

Inside Sales

Bill brings nearly 40 years of experience in Steel sales to our company. Inside/ outside sales and steel management. Very detailed oriented and organized with strong communication and problem solving skills. Married to Nancy for 39 years, father of two married daughters and soon to be a grandfather for the first time. Golf is both a hobby and addiction, single digit handicap for 30 years has 3 hole in ones, always looking for another.

Michael Ricci

Account Manager

Michael joined Premium Steel in 2017, initially as part of the sales team. When an unforeseen opening occurred at our processing facility, Michael eagerly stepped up to assume operations management until it was decided to wind down the operations in 2021. Michael then rejoined the sales team in an outside sales and account management role. Michael’s outstanding success in sales is due to his passion for providing high quality customer service and to ensure Premium Steel customers are happy and satisfied! Michael and his fiancé Hallie are planning a May 2022 wedding and they are looking forward to a long and happy life together. Michael is an avid golfer, and gardener and he and Hallie both love to travel, and of course, their two rescue cats Sushi and Sake’.

Tonya Reyes

Inside Sales

Tonya joined Premium Steel Sales in 2021 and is one of our most diligent and detail oriented inside sales people. She aims to under promise and over deliver with her great desire to come through for the customers that she serves.
She is the mother of one daughter and takes great pride in that role. She is extremely passionate about life in general and really anything that she puts her mind to.
Tonya is very optimistic and always tries to exceed expectations.
In her spare time she’s a real crime show fanatic and she absolutely loves spending time with her daughter and extended family as well as watching a good movie or show. She is also a big music enthusiast.
